INSIGHT for Strategic Alignment (ISA) incorporates the practical expertise from a decade of implementing performance management solutions and integrates previously separate applications in one solution.
A dynamic web based tool that ensures alignment of operations with strategic targets covering: scorecarding, initiatives and priorities management. ISA guarantees the rapid implementation of an effective performance management framework available either as a web service hosted externally by INTALIGN or internally as a .NET web application.
Predefined, industry specific performance management frameworks and proven business logic enable the quickest possible way to start: End users, without specific IT skills, are able to easily customise out of the box models that incorporate best of breed approaches for a wide variety of diverse industry requirements.
The Dashboard Extension enables automated publishing of personalised dashboards based on the ISA model over the web. Dashboard specific visualisation options incorporate the latest research in information design. In addition the Extension offers interactive analysis functionality like drill down (chart and table), drill through, ad hoc report design among others.
Insight is built on the scalable SQL Server platform providing ‘One Version of the Truth’ for metrics, calculations, projects and annotations. It provides direct integration of data in existing source systems using MS Integration Services. Insight also automatically generates analytical multi dimensional database cubes for advanced business Intelligence requirements.
Integration with Windows SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server enables the use of extensive collaboration functionalities (workflow, surveys, and discussion forums), performance monitoring and project tracking.
In addition to connecting to existing data sources ISA includes extensive means for data entry like web based forms and automated upload from Excel.
